On March 29, 2007 United States District Judge, Jack T. Camp ordered Axiom Worldwide to cease falsely claiming that its DRX9000 is patented, is FDA approved, and that it and/or Axiom Worldwide are affiliated with NASA. This order also applies to James Gibson Jr., Nicholas Exarhos, Ren Scott, Rehabco, Inc., Altadonna Communications, Inc., Benjamin A. Altadonna and Seaside Data Systems, Inc., as well as to their officers, directors, agents, servants, members, and employees, and all other persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of the order.

In addition, Axiom Worldwide was ordered to stop using NAM's trademarks (including Accu-SPINA and IDD Therapy) as meta tags on Axiom's website.
